2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the second respondent will consider the petitioner's appeal and pass appropriate orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
