The petitioner wants transfer of investigation.

2. He had given a complaint leading to registration of Crime No.785 of 2015 on the file of Woraiyur police station, Trichy District, for the offences under Sections 147, 452, 323, 363, 380 (NP) of I.P.C.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that final report has been made ready and the name of petitioner in the First Information Report is very much figuring as L.W.2. Merely because the stolen articles have not been still recovered, that does not mean there won't be effective prosecution.

4. The second respondent is directed to file final report immediately and the jurisdictional Magistrate will take cognizance

of the offences without any delay. Since the occurrence is more than four years old, the learned trial Magistrate will give priority for speedy disposal of the case also. The criminal original petition stands disposed of.
