PRAYER IN CRL.R.C.(MD)No.224 of 2023:- To call for the records and set aside the judgment 20.12.2022 passed in Crl.A.No.155 of 2019 on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur at Pattukottai, Thanjavur Disrict, confirming the conviction and sentence imposed upon the Petitioner in S.T.C.No.79 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court(FTC), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District dated 11.11.2019 and ACQUIT the Petitioner.

pleased to enlarge the petitioner on bail by suspending the sentence imposed upon the petitioner in STC No.79 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (FTC), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District dated 11.11.2019, which had been 1/3
confirmed IN Crl.A.No.155 of 2019 on the file of the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai, Thanjavur District by Judgment dated 20.12.2022 pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision Petition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.VEERAKUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.3134 of 2023 in Crl.RC(MD)No.224 of 2023, dated 23.02.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
3.The learned counsel for the respondent is present.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5.This petition is modified accordingly.
