To call for the records and set aside the Judgement 20.12.2022 passed Crl A No. 112 of 2019 on the file of the Learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thanjavur @ Pattukottai, Thanjavur District confirming the conviction and sentence imposed upon the petitioner in S.T.C.No.67 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court(FTC), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District dated 14.08.2019 and acquit the petitioner.

Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3162 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.227 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition.

Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate,(Fast Track Court), Pattukottai, Thanjavur District, on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m,. sd/- 29/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S. ) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
