ORDER
The petitioner seeks police protection and is doing certain construction works. But then, the same is prevented by the private respondent herein.
2.The learned Government Counsel stated that the police have advised the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil court for injunction. It is not in dispute that the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or judgment in favour of him. Therefore, the question of granting police protection does not arise. Leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
