ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police conducted the investigation and filed a final report before the concerned Court as "further action dropped". Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
