[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Prayer in the Writ Petition reads as follows:- ''To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachments made by the private respondents 5 to 10 on the pathway in Survey No.150/4 in Pallappatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024, within the time frame fixed by this Court.''

2. Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the land in question has been classified as

Government Poramboke and in the remarks column, it is stated that it is a pathway. He would also add that the authorities will take action to remove the encroachment after following the due process of law.

3. Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the authorities to take appropriate action within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
