ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to expedite the trial process within the time to be stipulated by this Court in C.C.No.843 of 2019. 1/4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that it is a money dispute between the petitioner and the accused persons and the money involved in this case is not yet recovered so far. Even though, the accused are absconding and the absconding report has also been filed, no steps have been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.843 of 2019 and complete the same, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
