The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent herein to invoke Special Act ie., Act 14 as against the respondents 5 to 11 on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.08.2024 made to the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,02.09.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
