ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to discharge the housing loan availed throught the first respondent from the second respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner herself, out of her own funds, has paid the loan amount to the second respondent without any assistance from the first respondent's Group Insurance. Since housing loan has already been paid, no further orders are called for in the writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Petition is closed. 17.10.2022 Index :
