ORDER

The petitioner seeks change of investigation. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is a woman aged about 84 years. The case of the defacto complainant is that her signature was forged by her son and he thereafter created settlement deeds in favour of his wife. Then the son threw her out. Therefore, the complaint in question was lodged. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that final report has been filed dropping further action in the matter and that the petitioner was also served with the copies of the same. I am therefore of view that the remedy for the petitioner is to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional court. All the contentions of the petitioners are left open.
