In respect of this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during the pendency of the writ petition, the second respondent was dismissed from service and subsequently, he was reappointed as fresh entrant by order dated 18.02.2016. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
