O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to forbear the respondents from interfering with the matter purely civil in nature, which is pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent, before the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur on the basis of his representation, dated 23.09.2015.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein in O.S.No.262 of 2009 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputhur. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18076 of 2015 Therefore, the second respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein. As such, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent except any crime committed by the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
