This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to report and produce the seizure of the produce gold ingot weighing about 55.130 Grams to the Magistrate concerned as per Section 102 (3) of Cr.P.C. which is seized from the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent whatever the jewels recovered the same was handed over to the petitioner on 03.10.2019.
