ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide compensation to the petitioner a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Only) within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.05.2018 and pass an orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of Four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With the above observations, the Writ petition is disposed off. No Costs.
