Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner is not sure if the petitioner is still the President of the village panchayat. Be that as it may, if the petition mention survey number has been shown as cart-track in the revenue record, it has to be maintained as such. If there are encroachments thereon, they will have to be necessarily removed after following due process of law.
