ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2025.

2. It appears that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the Commissioner of Police, Madurai and the same was forwarded to the second respondent, who is conducting the current paper enquiry. The petitioner has filed this petition on 27.07.2025 seeking the above direction to the first respondent. This petition has been listed for admission on 31.07.2025. On that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. By recording his non-representation, this case was directed to be listed on 04.08.2025 in the admission itself. Even on 04.08.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this case was directed to be listed on 06.08.2025. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Consideing the manner in which the petitioner has filed this petition and has not prosecuted the case properly and thereby, wasted the 2/4

time of the Court as well as the official respondents, this writ petition is dismissed with a cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only). The respondent Police is directed to collect the amount of Rs.5,000/- from the petitioner and remit the same to ''The Commissioner, Madurai Corporation, Aringar Anna Maligai, Tallakulam, Madurai - 625 002, Canara Bank, Account No.110197467504, IFSC Code: CNRB0003041, MICR Code: 625015017''. The amount shall be utilized by the Commissioner of Madurai Corporation, for the purpose of making necessary improvements in the Study Centre, Madurai Corporation. 11.08.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
