The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that the order of suspension is under challenge in the present writ petition, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 31.01.2019.

Thus, no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
