This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the final report has been filed closing the case as one of mistake of fact. The first respondent is of course called upon to furnish the copy of the same to the petitioners herein. The defacto complainant can file a protest petition before the jurisdictional court.
