ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, (ie., 07.12.2021) when the matter is taken up for hearing, it was found that no FIR is filed against this petitioner. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the enquiry is being undertaken against the petitioner, based on the complaint given by one Aarasa Prabhakar. In the complaint, it is stated that Rupees twenty five lakhs has been cheated by the petitioner along with her husband. It is also submitted that in Cr.No.1 of 2018 on the file of Economic Offences Wing, Trichy, the petitioner was arrested and she is in custody. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner wants the matter to be referred to mediation.

CRL OP(MD). No.18072 of 2021 3.Since, there is no case registered against this petitioner and the petitioner is in custody in another case, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If any trouble arise, she may seek remedy through appropriate proceedings.
