[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the sixth respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10 Crores to the family of the deceased and to deposit a sum of Rs.620 Crores to the Chief Justice Relief Fund for the rehabilitation of the people, whose livelihood got affected due to the firing incident that took place on 22.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 submitted that as the Enquiry Commission itself has submitted its report on 18.05.2022 to the Government, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ Petition is closed. No costs.
