The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police based on the complaint of the third respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier a case has been registered against the petitioner and that he also obtained anticipatory bail. Though the petitioner would allege that the third respondent has given another complaint on the same set of facts, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) denies the same. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
