ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station, Dindigul District to award adequate police protection for fencing the petitioner's property situated in Survey No.477/1C2 (New Survey No.477/26), Adiyanoothu Village, Dindigul East Taluk and District on the strength of the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to agitate the issue before the appropriate Civil Court.

3. Hence, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:

"The writ petitioner is directed to file a petition before the 2/4

appropriate forum and the concerned Court shall decide the issue independently without influencing the disposal of this writ petition." There shall be no order as to costs.
