This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.12983 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025 has not been complied with.

2.Today(30.01.2026), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents by referring to the proceedings of the 2/5

Commissioner of Collegiate Education in TNDCE/3763/2025-F4, dated 18.09.2025 and the Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.25, Higher Education (E2) Department, dated 08.09.2025 submits that the above order of this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings along with the Government Order are placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also agreed for the same.
