This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.68 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi.

2. The main allegations were levelled against the first accused Thiru.Narayanan. He has passed away. The allegations against the present petitioners who are shown as A2 & A3 are not that serious. In any event, the defacto complainant Rama Moorthy who has been duly identified by Thiru.L.Ravi Chandran H.C.1040 attached to Emaneshwaram Police Station, Ramanathapuram is present before me and he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
