ORDER

None appears for the writ petitioner.

2.The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition mentioned sale deed by invoking Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011. The said circular itself has subsequently been withdrawn. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for enforcing his rights. 2/4

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
