Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALAKRISHNAN.A, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8907 of 2023 on 17.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly. Further, there is no previous case pending against the petitioners and investigation is under process. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8907 of 2023 on 17.05.2023 is 2/3

fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
