ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail.

2.This Court by its order dated 30.11.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the enquiry officer and co-operate with the investigation. But the petitioner failed to appear before the enquiry officer and did not co-operate with the investigation. 3.In response, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there was open threat to the petitioner to settle the issue and seeks interim protection.

4.It appears that Rupees Four Crores Eighty Lakhs is involved in the issue and the petitioner has not complied with the order passed by this Court.

5.Since, no case is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner faces any trouble can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, it may not be appropriate to grant interim protection to the petitioner. 6.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
