Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has given a complaint dated 01.10.2021 before the second respondent. It appears that there are two parties involved. It is stated that the other party had agreed to go before the jurisdictional civil Court. However, the petitioner wants to pursue the matter.
3. The second respondent cannot keep the petitioner's complaint pending. Either the enquiry has to be conducted and closed or the First Information Report has to be registered. The exercise will be concluded one way or the other within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With this direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
