ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent herein to take necessary action in the complaint given by the petitioner which is registered in Crime No.2 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation completed and final report has been filed before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same has been taken cognizance in Spl.C.C.No.2/2017 and trial also commenced and 12 witnesses were examined and pending for the witnesses examination of LW13, LW15 and LW.16 and the case is adjourned to 10.03.2022.
3. Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
