The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent herein to take action against the third respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.05.2014.

W.P.(MD).No.9900 of 2014 2.The representation dated 29.05.2014, which is enclosed in page No.15 of the typed set of papers filed along with the writ petition reveals that the petitioner has stated regarding certain corrupt activities of the officials. Mere representations, in this regard, is insufficient to establish the corrupt activities. The petitioner has to prove the same by submitting evidences and documents and general allegations regarding the corruption cannot be entertained in a routine manner. In the present case, the petitioner has given some particulars. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents by producing all available documents, informations and evidences to establish his allegations and in the event of submitting all such documents, the respondents are bound to look into the matter and take further action by following the procedures contemplated in law. 3.With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
