O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry on the basis of a complaint given by the unofficial respondent.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that on a false complaint given by respondent No.3, the Police have been harassing the petitioners, asking them to appear before the respondent Police, even though, they appeared before the Police many times. Therefore, sought for suitable directions.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the representation of the third respondent has been received as a current paper as it has been forwarded from the higher authorities, during the course of enquiry, summons have been issued to the petitioners to appear and the petitioners are not cooperating with the enquiry. It is submitted that, within a short time, the respondent Police would complete the enquiry in the complaint given by the third respondent.
