This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police not to interfere in a civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.159 of 2015, on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Virudhunagar.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence there is no question of harassing her by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
