Respondent/Defendant Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.292 of 2020 within a time limit that may be fixed on this Honourable Court. ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 24.08.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli vide the letter in D.No.256/ 2024 dated 20.03.2024, this Court made the following order:

"This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.292 of 2020. 1/3

2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 24.08.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.292 of 2020 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Thiruchirappalli, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned III Additional District Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned III Additional District Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing O.S.No.292 of 2020 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, Thiruchirappalli, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay."
