ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent, namely, the District Collector, Virudhunar District, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2015 and to conduct enquiry and then to take suitable action. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.In the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner has made serious allegations against the erstwhile President and other individuals for misappropriation. The petitioner has collected certain information under Right to Information Act and formed an opinion about the serious irregularities in the Panchayat Administration. General allegations are not supported by any material or information collected under Right to Information Act. 4.When the Writ Petition was posted for admission, this Court has recorded on 08.10.2015 that the matter is adjourned by two weeks for impleading necessary parties. Despite the petitioner had opportunity to implead the necessary and proper parties, even before the tenure of the previously elected office bearers is completed, it was not done. The petitioner has not impleaded the then elected members of Panchayat against whom allegations are made. Further, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.18196 of 2015 the term of office bearers has expired. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
