When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner was absent. On seeing the order sheet, it is seen that there was no representation for the petitioner on several occassions. Therefore, today,i.e, on 02.12.2021, the case was posted under the caption "for dismissal". 2.Today,i.e,on 02.12.2021, also the learned Counsel for the petitioner did not appear before this Court. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
