ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to give police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb and also using the pathway based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.05.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the second respondent issued CSR No. 367 of 2019 as against the respondents 3 to 5 and enquiry is pending with the second respondent and issued summons to the parties for enquiry.

3.At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14454 of 2019 petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry.
