Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent herein in his proceedings in Letter No.A2/2922/2016 dated 06.06.2018 to quash the same and to direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner for the post of Superintendent on par with her Juniors with all benefits and back wages by including the petitioner's name in the appropriate place in the common seniority among the ministerial service employees working in the Department of Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities and Minorities Welfare.
