ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has filed O.S.No.225 of 2023 on the file of District Munsif Court, Trichirappalli seeking protection against coercive forcible dispossession. He has also filed I.A.No.02 of 2023 seeking temporary injunction. The grievance of the petitioner is that it is not being disposed of.

3.I direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Trichirappalli to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2023 in O.S.No.02 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
