PRAYER : Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and directing the 3rd respondent to stop the construction of new temple in residential plot No.25A south part in Survey No.140/2B2 at Viswa Nagar, Podumbu, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court and further directing the 3rd respondent to stop the construction of new temple.

2. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 & 5.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
