ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) IPC, in Cr.No.254 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property between the parties, on 30.08.2022, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant by using deadly weapons and abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is having six previous cases.

5.Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
