Heard both sides.

2.The petition mentioned lands were acquired. Compensation has already been determined. The question is to whom it should be disbursed. The petitioner and the second respondent are staking rival claims over the amount. Patta stands in the name of the second respondent. But the Civil Court's decree is in favour of the petitioner. In these circumstances, the first respondent has to take a call in the matter. The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4
