PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned letter, dated 21.12.2013, issued by the third respondent vide his proceedings Lr.No.SE/TEDC/TNI/AEE/GL/AE/GL/F.No:Saga Steel/D.No.3158/13, dated 21.12.2013 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the third respondent to extend the dedicated feeder status to the already available Dedicated Feeder Power Lines exclusively established for M/s. Saga Steels (P) Ltd., in HT S.C.No.69 Theni Electricity Distribution Circle.
