ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 275 and 123 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 7(1) and 24(1) of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 in Cr.No.488 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the fact that a huge quantity of banned tobacco products have been recovered including the cool lips chocolate, which is spoiling the young children of this state, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
