PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent Block Development Officer in Na.Ka.A3/4124/2023 dated 23.01.2024 quash the same and further direct the respondents to remove the encroachments made by way of check dams on the vandipathai (public pathway) in Sy.Nos.47, 48 and 49 of Sethur Village, Virudhunagar District, repair the Vandipathai and lay concrete road on it to ensure the free movement and transportation of the villagers and their agricultural products.
