ORDER

The writ petition is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 29.11.2013, 20.12.2013 and 26.02.2014 and take necessary action against the fourth respondent.

2.Considering the limited relief prayed for in this writ petition, without going into the merits raised in this writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with the following directions:- a) The petitioner shall give a fresh representation to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. b) On receipt of such representation, if any, the first respondent shall consider the same after affording reasonable opportunity to the concerned parties 2/4

and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
