3. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that if the petitioner re-presents the document, it shall be dealt with as per law. If the second respondent is not inclined to register the power of attorney, the second respondent shall issue refusal check slip containing reasons. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
