This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report.

2. When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) states that final report has already been filed and it was taken on file. It is still pending for committal in P.R.C.No.8 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition.

3. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh quash petition. The criminal original petition stands dismissed, accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
