This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.143 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Madurai.

2. The defacto complainant Rajeshwari is present in person before this Court. She has been duly identified by Thiru.Dhayalan, SSI of Police attached to Appanthirupathy Police Station, Madurai. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that she has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18073 of 2021 have also filed a joint compromise memo dated 28.10.2021. It shall form part of this order. The impugned proceedings are quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
