O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.388 of 2021 registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 387 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2. The defacto complainant Karuppiah is present in person before this Court.

He has been duly identified by Thiru.A.Ramadoss, SSI of Police attached to E.Pudur Police Station, Trichy City. The defacto complainant Karuppiah has no objection for quashing the impugned FIR. Since the parties have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18064 of 2021 arrived at an amicable settlement, no purpose will be served in keeping the impugned prosecution alive. They have also filed a joint compromise memo. It shall form part of this order. The impugned FIR is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
